The service
Shortlist Studio provides digital tools that analyse, tailor, format, edit and export résumés. Scores, recommendations and generated text are estimates and do not guarantee interviews, employment or compatibility with every applicant tracking system.
Your responsibility
You must provide accurate information, have the right to upload submitted material, protect your account and verify generated content. Do not use the service to fabricate qualifications, impersonate another person or violate applicable law.
Plans, payment and renewal
Current plans, prices and allowances are published on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payment credentials are processed by Cashfree Payments and are not stored by Shortlist Studio.
Cancellation, refunds and delivery
You may cancel renewal at any time from the available billing controls. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund eligibility and processing time are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. The service is delivered digitally as described in our Delivery Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or circumvent access controls and generation limits. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features and limits may evolve. To the extent permitted by law, Shortlist Studio is not liable for hiring decisions, lost opportunities or indirect damages arising from use of generated material. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
