Shortlist Studio stores only what is needed to provide résumé tailoring, editing, exports, account access and billing.
Information we store
Your email, account profile, uploaded résumé file, structured résumé data, job descriptions you submit, generated résumés, usage records and subscription status.
Google sign-in
When you continue with Google, we receive your verified email address, Google account identifier, display name and profile image. We use this information only to create, secure and display your Shortlist Studio account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
How information is used
We use your information to operate the product, generate requested résumé content, prevent abuse, maintain sessions and provide support. Résumé content may be sent to the configured AI provider solely to perform the feature you request.
Service telemetry
We record requested paths, response status, response time, referral host, coarse country, browser identifier and a one-way salted hash of the network address. We do not store raw network addresses in product analytics. This operational telemetry is used for traffic measurement, reliability, fraud prevention and support and is retained for a limited period.
Sharing and retention
We use infrastructure, AI and payment providers necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. Account and résumé data is retained while your account is active or as required for security, billing and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may replace your source résumé from Settings. For access or deletion requests, contact shortliststudio1@gmail.com.
